With the No. 110 pick of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft, the Vegas Golden Knights select American forward Ryder Donovan!

Donovan, 6-foot-3 and 183 pounds, has committed to play at the University of Wisconsin in 2019-20. He finished the 2018-19 season with 12 goals and 37 points in 23 games as captain for Duluth East High while also playing in nine games (and five postseason games) for the USHL’s Dubuque Fighting Saints. His 2017-18 season was particularly impressive as he scored 11 goals and 53 points in just 25 games for Duluth East.

While Donovan has very good size, it is slightly concerning that he has yet to play against quality competition full-time in the USHL or CHL.
