Good morning. Here’s your news to start on this Tuesday.

Vegas Golden Knights news

It is becoming quite impossible for the Golden Knights to win a game at Xcel Energy Center. You’d have to go back to Oct. 6, 2018 to find that last victory. It’s been bad. (KOI)

To be fair, Mark Stone and Alex Pietrangelo didn’t play. Maybe the outcome changes if they did. But maybe Vegas would still have trouble trying to solve Kaapo Kahkonen. (Review-Journal)

Speaking of Stone, the captain was named the first star of the week for what was an outstanding stretch of games. (KOI)

What’s better than desserts? Golden Knights-inspired desserts! There’s a restaurant coming to the District at Green Valley so you can get your sweets and support VGK, too. (Eater)

Around the league

The Tampa Bay Lightning will get a chance to celebrate their Stanley Cup championship in front of fans. The banner goes up on Saturday. (NHL)

More from the Minnesota side on the incredible play of Kahkonen, and the dominance of Kevin Fiala. (Hockey Wilderness)

Jack Eichel is not playing tonight. Which is trade speak for, maybe Jack Eichel gets traded? (Sabres)

Carey Price was spectacular again last night, but the Habs could only get a point out of it. (Eyes On the Prize)
