The Vegas Golden Knights saw two streaks end with a 5-4 overtime loss vs. the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday. The first was Vegas’ three-game winning streak, and the second was an unprecedent run in games that went to overtime. Heading into the game the Golden Knights had won their last 14 games that went to overtime, an NHL record, but that also was snapped with a loss.
Lauren Brossoit stopped 32 of 37 shots against his former team in what was his fourth start in a row for the Golden Knights as Robin Lehner has been sidelined with a lower-body injury.
Michael Amadio (3) assisted by Keegan Kolesar (10) and Zach Whitecloud (5) - 13:05
The first goal of the game was a case of right place, right time for Amadio as he put in a blocked shot by Keegan Kolesar.
Evgenii Dadonov (9) assisted by Michael Amadio (3) and Brett Howden (6) - 16:59

Howden makes a good play in his own zone, and the puck ends up on the stick of Dadonov who along with Amadio start an odd-man rush. Amadio passes it to Dadonov who then banks it off Josh Morrissey.
Jansen Harkins (3) assisted by Brenden Dillon (7) - 2:19
Kristian Reichel (1) unassisted - 2:39
Paul Stastny (8) assisted by Josh Morrissey (7) and Dylan DeMelo (3) - 2:28
Andrew Copp (8) assisted by Kyle Connor (15) and Mark Scheifele (12) - 4:16
Mattias Janmark (5) assisted by Zach Whitecloud (6) and Brayden McNabb (6) - 13:37
This goal was a combination of a great clear by Whitecloud, and a reception by Janmark. After Whitecloud chipped it up and out from the Knights zone, Janmark fought off DeMelo and took it straight to the house to get the Knights within a goal of tying things up.
Mattias Janmark (6) assisted by Nicolas Roy (11) and Shea Theodore (18) - 19:51
With time ticking down, the Golden Knights were scrambling to tie things up. Chandler Stephenson got the puck from the corner, fed it to Shea Theodore who fired it on net. The puck then deflected twice, once off the stick of Roy, and finally off Janmark’s skate to send Vegas to overtime.
Kyle Connor (19) assisted by Josh Morrissey (8) - 2:39
