Partial schedule released for Golden Knights vs. Oilers second-round matchup

The Vegas Golden Knights last played April 27 but will gear up for their second-round matchup against the Edmonton Oilers, which is set to begin on Wednesday, May 3.

The Golden Knights and Oilers were the top two teams in the Pacific Division and will square off after first-round victories against Winnipeg and Los Angeles, respectively.

The Golden Knights and Oilers met four times in the regular season, with the Oilers taking three of four and the Golden Knights coming away with one win and three out of a possible eight points. Three of the four games were one-goal games, all 4-3.

These teams have never faced each other in the postseason. Vegas is 8-9-2 in the all-time matchup.
