The Henderson Silver Knights’ threads have arrived.
The American Hockey League’s newest team and the new minor-league affiliate of the Vegas Golden Knights unveiled their inaugural sweaters during a televised event Monday.
The home white and road silver sweaters are made up of six colors: White, Henderson Metallic Silver, Henderson Silver, Vegas Gray, Black and Vegas Metallic Gold. The Golden Knights’ logo is stitched on both shoulders.
Henderson’s nameplates pay an homage to the Philadelphia Flyers with gold lettering and the black base, showcased on both jerseys.
Jerseys are on sale now at vegasteamstore.com, but some will be sold Tuesday inside Lifeguard Arena, the practice facility for the Silver Knights located on Water Street in Downtown Henderson, when it opens to the public at 10 a.m. The Silver Knights’ threads will also be on sale at The Arsenal at City National Arena.
Black gloves will accompany the silver sweaters, while the ever-loved white gloves will accompany the white ones.
