Knights Nuggets: Malcolm is quite good

Start off your morning by reading up on some news and notes.

Let’s go over some news and notes:

- The Golden Knights ended their road trip with a loss, but it wasn’t due to a bad effort from Malcolm Subban. [KOI]

- It stinks to lose, but Vegas’ loss in Columbus came a little over 24 hours after a pretty solid win in Madison Square Garden, so there’s a silver lining for you. [KOI]

- If Vegas’ assistant GM Kelly McCrimmon is approached about joining the new Seattle franchise, George McPhee certainly won’t hold him back. [Las Vegas Review-Journal]

In other news...

- Corey Crawford has been placed on injured reserve with his second concussion in less than a year, and it certainly feels like his NHL future could be in jeopardy. [Second City Hockey]

- The debacle in Philly is over. Dave Hakstol has finally been relieved of his duties as the Flyers’ head coach. [Broad Street Hockey]

- Patrik Berglund and the Sabres aren’t exactly in a good place right now. [ESPN]

- Do you enjoy re-drafts? No? Well, here’s one anyway. [The Athletic]
