Knights Nuggets: Thank you, Flames
Start off your morning by reading up on some news and notes from Vegas and around the NHL.
Let’s go over some news and notes:
- The Golden Knights didn’t play yesterday, but it was still a pretty successful night for them thanks to the Flames’ win over the Stars. [Matchsticks & Gasoline]
- The ongoing saga between Robin Lehner and Logan Thompson has officially gotten weird. What does this mean for the Knights’ future in net? [The Athletic]
In other news...
- The NHL Draft Lottery drawing will be held May 10, which would be relevant to the Knights if they had their first-round pick, but they don’t, so that stinks. [NHL]
- Steven Stamkos is officially the Lightning’s all-time leader in points. Pretty impressive. [Raw Charge]
- Owen Power scored his first NHL goal, so that’s pretty cool!
That's goal No. 1 for Owen Power! 🙌
