Knights Nuggets: The Golden Knights are winning again!

Start your morning off by reading up on some hockey news.

Happy Monday, said no one ever. Let’s check out what’s going on with the Golden Knights and around the NHL:

- The Golden Knights are back to winning again, which is certainly nice. They beat the Ottawa Senators over the weekend and finally ended their three-game losing streak. [Knights On Ice]

- In that game against Ottawa, Maxime Lagace earned his first career win and his mom, very rightfully so, was totally losing her mind about it. [NHL]

- Speaking of the Ottawa Senators, they just acquired Matt Duchene from the Colorado Avalanche (and traded away Kyle Turris) in a three-way trade with the Nashville Predators. Excitement! [SB Nation]

- Expansion teams are usually, you know, bad. The Golden Knights aren’t, though. They’re good! Our own Daniel Friedman digs deeper to find out what’s been working so well for them. [Knights On Ice]

- To those of you hoping Alex Tuch will win the Calder Trophy, don’t hold your breath, because that Brock Boeser kid in Vancouver is a bad, bad man. [Sportsnet]
