Happy Thursday! Just a quick reminder that today, October 12, 2017, the Vegas Golden Knights are sitting at the top of the Pacific Division.

Now that that’s out of the way, let’s check out what else is going on with the Knights:

- On top of beating the Coyotes Tuesday night, the Golden Knights also managed to make some history, becoming the first NHL expansion team to start its first season with a 3-0-0 record. [SB Nation]

- In return for goaltender Calvin Pickard, the Golden Knights acquired Tobias Lindberg from the Toronto Maple Leafs, who figures to be an intriguing addition to Vegas’ farm system. [Knights On Ice]
