GAMEDAY THREAD 51/82: Minnesota Wild at Vegas Golden Knights

The Golden Knights will look to improve their all-time record of 1-3-0 against Minnesota as they host the Wild this afternoon at T-Mobile Arena.

Vegas is coming off an exciting 7-3 win against Pittsburgh and is looking to keep up with the San Jose Sharks, who remain one point ahead of the Knights in the Pacific Division standings.

The Knights won the Oct. 6 meeting against Minnesota in a shootout but are hoping for more offense this afternoon. Alex Tuch will be particularly motivated to contribute to that effort as he squares off against his former team.

Minnesota has lost four of its last seven games but is coming off a 2-1 win against the Blue Jackets. The Wild recently made two trades, acquiring Pontus Aberg from Anaheim and Victor Rask from Carolina in a surprising move that sent Nino Niederreiter to the Hurricanes. Both are skating with Zach Parise on the Wild’s third line.
