Knights Nugget: Thankful for our Swedish prince
Start off your morning by reading up on some news and notes from Vegas and around the NHL.
Let’s go over some news and notes:
- The Golden Knights have finally signed William Karlsson to a long-term contract. Let’s go streaking! [KOI]
- Vegas also drafted a whole bunch of hockey players. You can read more about each of those players here. [KOI]
- Really hope you didn’t buy a Nikita Gusev jersey, because he may never even play for the Golden Knights. [KOI]
- Ryan Reaves mic’d up is always interesting.

In other news...
- The Devils had quite the weekend. Not only did they draft Jack Hughes, but they also acquired P.K. Subban for nothing of significant value. [All About The Jersey]
- The Lightning also made a trade. J.T. Miller is headed to Vancouver to play for the Canucks. [Raw Charge]
- Patrick Marleau was traded to the Hurricanes this weekend, but he will likely be bought out. Don’t be shocked if Patty heads back to San Jose. [Canes Country]
- Kaapo Kakko seems to like his new city.
“Wow, it’s a nice city.”
