Welcome to our season preview edition of the KOI Podcast! Hockey is here and we’re all pumped, as you should be.
A couple of caveats before we get underway:
- We recorded this Wednesday night, so we discuss the now non-existent chances of Vadim Shipachyov on the Golden Knights’ opening night roster for Friday’s game at Dallas. But still, doesn’t mean it’s all topsy-turvy and weird.
- We have a great seven-minute chat with Nate Schmidt highlighting everything that happened over the summer and how he has embraced Las Vegas as his home. He’s a great guy and you could chat with him for a long time. We’ll plan on having him on at some point down the road for a longer conversation.
- I go into the first 7-10 minutes of this podcast talking about Sunday again, just recapping my thoughts and feelings. If you don’t want to listen to that, feel free to skip on through to the hockey stuff. It’s still a tough time here in Vegas.
