Vegas Golden Knights 2022-23 Schedule Released

The NHL released the 2022-23 schedule today, and the Vegas Golden Knights will take the ice on October 11th vs. the Los Angeles Kings to start the season. The Golden Knights will then host their home opener on Thursday, October 13 vs. the Chicago Blackhawks before going on the road to take on the Seattle Kraken and Calgary Flames.

Here are a few items of note via the Golden Knights:

  • The Golden Knights will have a season-high, seven-game homestand begin on January 5, 2023 when hosting the Pittsburgh Penguins at T-Mobile Arena, and continue against Los Angeles (1/7/23), Florida (1/12/23), Edmonton (1/14/23), Dallas (1/16/23), Detroit (1/19/23), and Washington (1/21).
  • Following the homestand, Vegas will play a season-high six consecutive games on the road beginning in Arizona on January 22 and concluding on February 9 in Minnesota.
  • During the 2022-23 regular season, 31 of the team’s 41 home games are scheduled between Thursday and Sunday. The Golden Knights will host games at T-Mobile Arena on key dates including Nevada Day (10/28/22), New Year’s Eve (12/31/22), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (1/16/23) and the day of the National Football League’s Super Bowl LVII (2/12/23)./

In addition to that, this year each team in the league will play each other at home and on the road at least once, and this will result in some reduced divisional matchups.
