Golden Knights release 2023-24 preseason schedule

The Stanley Cup Champion Vegas Golden Knights have released their preseason schedule for the upcoming 2023-24 campaign. The preseason will consist of seven games, four of which will take place at T-Mobile Arena.

The Golden Knights will square off once against the Coyotes and twice against each of the Sharks, Avalanche and Kings.

The preseason is bookended by two road games; the first is set for Sept. 24 at SAP Center in San Jose, and the final game of the set will be Oct. 7 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. The full schedule is listed below.

At the moment, the Golden Knights’ organization is busy preparing for next Wednesday’s NHL Entry Draft and the upcoming offseason.

Vegas currently has five picks in the draft, including the No. 32 overall pick in the first round after being the last team standing in 2022-23. The Golden Knights also have two third-round selections (one of which is from the Jack Eichel trade) as well as sixth- and seventh-round picks.

It’s unclear how much of the Cup-winning roster will remain intact, with several players set to hit free agency, including fan-favorite Adin Hill as well as Ivan Barbashev and Laurent Brossoit. Brett Howden will be a restricted free agent.
