Golden Knights release development camp roster

The Golden Knights have released the roster for Vegas’ 2018 development camp, which opens Tuesday and runs through Saturday, June 30. Included on the roster are 18 of the 20 players Vegas has drafted in the last two years (including six of this year’s picks) as well as AHL names like Keegan Kolesar, Tyler Wong and Reid Duke. Notable absences include Jake Bischoff as well as 2018 draft selections Ivan Morozov and Slava Demin.

Also invited to camp are undrafted free agents like Ryan Chyzowski and Luke Burghardt, as well as college free agents Matt Baker and Dawson DiPietro. Other names of interest include Bobby Nardella, son of Wolves’ assistant coach Bob Nardella, and Las Vegas native Gage Quinney.

Here is the full roster:

The camp will be run by the Golden Knights’ coaching staff as well as Chicago Wolves head coach Rocky Thompson and his staff. Players will break into two teams for drills and scrimmages throughout the week; most practices will be free and open to the public (subject to availability).

Development camp provides a key opportunity for players throughout the organization to make a name for themselves with a strong showing, and it will be the first time Vegas’ recently drafted players will don the Knights jersey.

Best of luck to all the participants.
